What you will do

• Own the ETS Data Strategy with a rolling 3-year roadmap covering initiatives, architecture, investment, and capability growth.
• Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to identify high-value data use-cases and define data products.
• Establish demand intake, prioritization, and business cases to secure executive sponsorship and funding.
• Lead evolution of Azure-based Lakehouse (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory) and evaluate Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure high-quality data ingestion from 20+ global ERPs, D365 CRM, and deliver governed Power BI reporting with KPIs.
• Migrate from Cognos BI to Power BI without disruption and establish data democratization with governance.
• Grow and lead a high-performing transatlantic data team, manage external providers, and enforce data quality, security, and compliance standards (GDPR).

Requirements

• 10+ years in Data and Analytics with degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• 3+ years leading and developing cross-functional teams.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft data ecosystem (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Fabric).
• Experience articulating data investment value at executive level and leading data functions through scale and change.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, legacy systems, and resistance; understanding data drives decisions and performance.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments strongly preferred.
