Customer Service Administrator

What you will do
- Provide first-level service support via telephone and email, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to field-based engineers when appropriate.
- Keep CRM updated, log all interactions, and follow up on calls and requests efficiently.
- Manage admin duties including the credifon system and other product-related processes.
- Liaise with service engineers and internal departments on service and customer issues.
- Identify and escalate urgent situations requiring immediate attention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical service environment.
- Excellent phone skills, personable and confident in customer interactions.
- Creative problem-solving approach and ability to handle complaints efficiently.
- Organized, able to manage multiple assignments under pressure and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with genuine respect for people and enthusiasm for customer service.
