What you will do

• Provide first-level service support via telephone and email, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to field-based engineers when appropriate.
• Keep CRM updated, log all interactions, and follow up on calls and requests efficiently.
• Manage admin duties including the credifon system and other product-related processes.
• Liaise with service engineers and internal departments on service and customer issues.
• Identify and escalate urgent situations requiring immediate attention.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client-facing technical service environment.
• Excellent phone skills, personable and confident in customer interactions.
• Creative problem-solving approach and ability to handle complaints efficiently.
• Organized, able to manage multiple assignments under pressure and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with genuine respect for people and enthusiasm for customer service.
