What you will do
- Resolve technically complex support issues for enterprise video conferencing solutions.
- Manage technical relationships with customers and align expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership and product engineers to address bugs and compatibility issues.
- Create knowledge base documentation and training materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure SLAs are met through proactive communication and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Native Italian and Professional English (C1+) proficiency.
- Must be located in or able to work hybrid from Cork, Ireland.
- Expert knowledge of video conferencing, AV products, and computer networking.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electronic and Communication Engineering or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- 3+ years in technical support, with 2+ years in VC troubleshooting.
- Experience providing high-touch support to Enterprise accounts.
- Relevant technical certifications.
- Proficiency in a second European language.
