What you will do

  • Resolve technically complex support issues for enterprise video conferencing solutions.
  • Manage technical relationships with customers and align expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and product engineers to address bugs and compatibility issues.
  • Create knowledge base documentation and training materials for internal and external use.
  • Ensure SLAs are met through proactive communication and consistent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native Italian and Professional English (C1+) proficiency.
  • Must be located in or able to work hybrid from Cork, Ireland.
  • Expert knowledge of video conferencing, AV products, and computer networking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Windows and Mac OS.
  • Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electronic and Communication Engineering or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in technical support, with 2+ years in VC troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing high-touch support to Enterprise accounts.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
  • Proficiency in a second European language.
