TL;DR
Customer Onboarding Specialist (SaaS): Leading customers through the initial implementation phase of a legal AI platform with an accent on strategy sessions and value realization. Focus on driving first-value achievement, mitigating churn risk, and coordinating smooth transitions between Sales and Customer Enablement.
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney). Local employees are expected in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $59,500 – $80,500 CAD

What you will do
- Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom and Salesforce.
- Guide customers toward achieving their first value to ensure long-term product success.
- Manage a portfolio of client cases with strict adherence to deadlines and departmental tasks.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Enablement to optimize the product adoption process.
- Monitor account health and implement proactive strategies to prevent churn.
- Develop and contribute content to the customer-facing knowledge base.
Requirements
- Strong obsession with delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Proactive mindset and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in facilitating live sessions via Zoom.
- Must be based in one of the supported office locations (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, NYC, or Sydney).
- Keen interest in applying AI to improve professional workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
- Experience working with API-driven applications.
- Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
