What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SCADA systems including HMI, RTU, and PLC.
• Optimize system performance and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime and ensure stability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, system architectures, and SOPs.
• Ensure security compliance with IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and internal cybersecurity policies.
• Manage cross-functional projects to deliver SCADA system upgrades and expansions on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SCADA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Automation Engineering.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in SCADA system design and maintenance in industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA software (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, Intouch, Citect, WinCC) and hardware (RTUs, PLCs).
• Mandatory experience with SCADA cybersecurity (IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead projects and mentor others.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
