Site Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage on-site HSE with timely reports and plans.
• Oversee site erection and installation scheduling for equipment and dynamic control.
• Supervise erection company as site advisor per hirify.global techniques.
• Prepare weekly reports, daily logs, deviation reports, and completion certificates.
• Communicate with project manager, customer, and hold weekly meetings.
• Inspect work per hirify.global drawings and perform on-site measurements using gradient, theodolite, and laser alignment devices.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English, CET4 or higher, fluent communication
• Mechanical bachelor's degree or relevant background.
• At least 5 years experience in chemical pulp (WP, Digestor, WSB) or alkali recovery (EVA, RB, WLP) installation, pressure vessels, or power boilers.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings, WPS, and installation standards.
• Teamwork and good customer communication skills.
• Skillful in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project).
