What you will do

• Lead technical design, specifications, and integration of automation systems including robotics, AGVs, and control systems across multiple plants.
• Drive implementation of robotic solutions for efficiency and ergonomics while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze performance data, lead optimization initiatives, and implement best practices for reliability, throughput, and maintenance using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with suppliers and integrators on technical validation, negotiations, installations, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship to junior engineers, training sessions, and expertise on automation standards and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical aspects of automation projects.
• Hands-on expertise with robotics, PLCs, AGVs, and material handling systems.
• Exposure to supplier coordination and technical validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to lead technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple sites.
