What you will do

• Orchestrate AI workflows across multiple models to build a frontier coding agent.
• Design and implement context systems that enable the AI to understand complex project workflows.
• Build and scale AI infrastructure to meet high reliability and security standards.
• Develop intelligent routing and launch new models to improve developer productivity.
• Lead technical direction for new capabilities and own critical system components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in at least one major programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading system design or architecture (reliability and scaling).
• Proven experience as a tech lead or mentor for engineering teams.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Santa Clara, CA).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of full SDLC experience, including code reviews and operations.
