What you will do

• Coordinate build activities in restricted regions as liaison between build engineers and commercial service teams.
• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve complex issues, drive RCAs, and transition findings to Global Solutions team.
• Automate detection and resolution of recurring build issues and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist with technical proposals for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required
• 2+ years managing a team of developers or engineers in a restricted environment
• Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or related support role

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science plus relevant experience
• Expertise in Kubernetes-based deployments and development
• Hands-on experience with AWS CLI/SDK
• Experience in Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD) environments with distributed systems at scale
