What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify use cases and implement voice AI into customer solutions with engineers.
• Design bespoke integrations ensuring seamless fit into customer products.
• Guide customers on best practices for voice AI models.
• Present results and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams on field insights.
• Build and deliver compelling demos to customers.
• Scope applications in new industries and take ownership of major projects.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity (including student clubs or side projects).
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to summarize complex concepts.
• Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability across customer environments and use cases.
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models.
