TL;DR
Civil Drafter (Civil 3D): Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and documentation for land development, infrastructure, and civil works projects with an accent on site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, roadworks, and utilities. Focus on revising drawings based on markups and feedback, ensuring compliance with standards and codes, and collaborating with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines.
Location: Onsite preferred in Pasig, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu, Philippines (PH time zone, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) or WFH setup

What you will do
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and documentation using CAD software
- Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility designs
- Revise drawings based on engineering markups, design updates, and client feedback
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and company practices
- Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and project managers
- Maintain drawing registers, file management, and document control
- Assist in concept, approval, tender, and construction documentation
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Design, or related field
- Proven experience as Civil Drafter, CAD Technician, or similar (3+ years)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or comparable software
- Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, drafting standards, and documentation
- Experience in land development, subdivisions, roads, drainage, and utilities
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches, calculations, and design notes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
