Salary: $59,700 - $84,300 (base; plus bonus/incentives potential)

What you will do

• Deliver high-level service to retain and grow client assets under management via proactive communication and education
• Manage client relationships proactively and reactively through phone, email, and holistic financial planning
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal departments for portfolio, market discussions, and administrative needs
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, savings strategies, education planning, and complex issues with specialists
• Drive client enrollments into additional financial products while ensuring outstanding experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related field
• CURRENT FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required; FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
• High-level knowledge of investment products and industry services
• Proven track record in relationship management and customer satisfaction
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
