Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia. Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 states.

Salary: $18.86–$25.51 per hour base pay with additional monthly sales bonuses.

What you will do

• Engage and re-engage existing clients virtually via phone, shared screens, and video to build sales experience.
• Guide clients aligning with hirify.global’s mission to create and maintain financial plans enabling lives of service and faith.
• Provide actionable financial advice and connect clients to hirify.global products and programs.
• Serve large existing client base plus natural market of friends and family.
• Use tools like hirify.global Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar with provided hardware.
• Collaborate with team for support and success in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans encouraged.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
• State insurance licensed in life, health, and variable lines or obtained within 90 days.
• Satisfactory criminal and financial background check.
• Self-disciplined, independent, driven; strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Positive, energetic, results-oriented, collaborative.
