What you will do

• Meet potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals.
• Educate and empower clients on investments, insurance, retirement planning and generosity.
• Build a personal network through local nonprofits, churches and businesses.
• Develop skills and best practices as a financial advisor with team mentorship.
• Transition to traditional financial advisor role within 3 months to 3 years.

Requirements

• Obtain licenses: State Life, Health & Annuity, SIE, Series 6/63 or 7/66 within first 2-3 months.
• Complete up to 14 weeks of paid training and onboarding.
• Self-disciplined, independent, driven to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivated by helping others.
