Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary plus performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Provide expert financial advice regarding investments, insurance, banking, and generosity.
• Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with potential clients based on shared values.
• Educate and empower clients to make knowledgeable decisions about retirement and investments.
• Develop a professional network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses.
• Collaborate within a team of experienced advisors to serve clients with mentorship.

Requirements

• Obtain state insurance licenses (life, health, and variable contracts).
• Pass exams for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6/63 or 7/66 registrations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to coach and guide others.
• Self-disciplined and driven to succeed independently.
• Location: Hybrid presence in Gig Harbor, WA is required.
