What you will do

• Lead art-of-the-possible sessions and executive workshops to drive AI adoption.
• Connect business challenges to high-value AI use cases that create measurable value.
• Frame business context and intended outcomes for early-stage strategic opportunities.
• Develop reusable workshop frameworks, messaging, and transformation playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Solution Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management, or value consulting, or digital strategy.
• Proven track record facilitating strategic discussions with enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to lead executive conversations and simplify complex concepts.
• Strong business acumen and comfort with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience identifying business value in AI, search, or recommendation systems.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or financial services.
• Experience creating strategic playbooks or reusable workshop formats.
