What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of demand-side accounts and serve as the primary contact for campaign management and strategic growth.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and onboarding new demand partners.
- Analyze performance KPIs (CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, LTV) to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.
- Develop data-driven business reviews and growth roadmaps for partners.
- Advise UA and monetization teams on budget allocation, creative strategy, and bid optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within AdTech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing client relationships end-to-end.
- Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate KPIs into concrete recommendations.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of mobile UA strategies and rewarded advertising mechanics.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Experience with DSPs, offerwalls, or rewarded ad networks.
- Familiarity with the gaming publisher and advertiser ecosystem, including UA spend and LTV optimization.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in gaming and performance advertising.
