What you will do

• Onboard and optimize the performance and efficiency of AI and non-AI workloads on CPU, GPU, and NPU platforms.
• Conduct performance evaluations using benchmarks to measure latency, throughput, and memory usage.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and create detailed reports and visualizations.
• Develop automated benchmarking pipelines to ensure reproducible and scalable results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or STEM with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, BIOS configuration, and network setup.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with performance tools (e.g., Linux perf) and Linux OS.
• Knowledge of container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of Ethernet and networking.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Vision AI, Gen-AI, VLM, and VLA.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, OpenVINO, vLLM, or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience in AI benchmarking and evaluation.
