I'm working with a $300M valued Series A AI data infrastructure startup hiring several software engineers. They power frontier model training at the leading AI labs. 8-figure revenue, growing fast.

The problem you'd help solve: Frontier AI labs struggle to generate high-quality, hard-reasoning data and to reliably evaluate how their LLMs and agents behave. You'd help build the infrastructure that fixes it. RL environments, human-in-the-loop systems, and experiment pipelines powering data and evaluation for top labs and YC companies.

The package:

• $180–220K base
• $350–600K OTE — 4% profit share on contracts in your vertical (avg vertical: $8M at 70% margin)
• Equity, sign-on available
