Compensation: $165,000 – $216,652 base + $55,000 – $68,750 commission

What you will do

• Design and architect AI solutions built on the hirify.global AI Data Cloud for technical decision makers and data scientists.
• Act as the primary technical expert for AI and ML features for customers across the Americas.
• Scope and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) to technical wins and develop business value cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI/ML roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Publish technical content, including blog posts, conference presentations, notebooks, and demos.
• Maintain and tailor Sales Engineering AI/ML selling assets and customer stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Expertise in Generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools (dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Practical experience with hirify.global (1+ years).
• Knowledge of the LLM ecosystem, including LlamaIndex or other OSS packages.
• Experience with large-scale IaaS platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP).
• Experience with large-scale database technologies (e.g., Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum).
