What you will do

• Directly manage Trust & Safety Leads across Critical Response, Compliance, and Claims pillars.
• Drive strategic direction and translate risk insights into measurable OKRs and operational roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end risk mitigation strategies and ensure scalable, defensible decision-making frameworks.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to implement scalable risk solutions and shape policy.
• Oversee high-severity incidents and escalations, ensuring executive visibility and effective resolution.
• Lead change management initiatives for process, policy, and structural evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing team leads or managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence business outcomes.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and identity verification software.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
