Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II (Cybersecurity): Serve as principal advisor on security of information systems within Special Access Programs (SAPs) for DoD agencies with an accent on RMF and JSIG authorization processes. Focus on developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing compliance in Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.

Location: Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts. U.S. Citizenship Required. Active/Current TS/SCI clearance required, must be able to obtain CI Poly.

Salary: $119,680 - $161,920

What you will do

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security programs, integrating SAP network infrastructures.
• Develop and enforce operational security policies based on RMF and JSIG for Joint Special Access Programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, advise on security testing, and recommend authorization actions to government program managers.
• Maintain formal Information Systems Security Program, ensure training for cyber personnel, and manage configuration control boards.
• Develop incident response procedures, evaluate threats/vulnerabilities, and ensure system recovery processes.
• Coordinate approvals for external systems and conduct periodic security posture assessments.

Requirements

• 7+ years related experience, prior ISSO or ISSM roles, SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR Associate’s +2 years OR 4 years equivalent experience.
• IAT Level 3 (CISSP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, etc.) or IAM Level 3 certification.
• Active/Current TS/SCI clearance, eligible for CI Poly.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
