Information Assurance (IA) System Security Engineer (ISSE) I (Cybersecurity): Conducting information system security engineering activities with a focus on lifecycle of current systems and future requirement scoping with an accent on integration of security requirements into information systems through secure architecting, design, development, and configuration. Focus on RMF/JSIG authorization processes, security assessments, continuous monitoring, and risk management for Special Access Programs (SAP).

Location: Onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado. U.S. Citizenship Required. TS/SCI Clearance required (must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph)

Salary: $144,245 - $195,155

What you will do

• Perform oversight of development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policy, integrating SAP network infrastructures.
• Analyze network security using Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).
• Provide expert support, research, and analysis for complex cybersecurity problems; recommend tools and develop STIGs.
• Lead technical teams, support IA working groups, and participate in SSE IPT reviews.
• Develop IA risk management recommendations, assist with Program Protection Plan and site activation.
• Perform security assessments, integrate monitoring tools with SIEM, write test procedures, and respond to incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years related experience; SAP experience desired
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR Associate’s +2 years OR equivalent (4 years)
• IAM Level III or IAAE I certification within 6 months of hire
• Travel: 10-25%
