What you will do

• Co-lead the technical execution and design of AI Agent deployments in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Educate and enable partners on platform capabilities, best practices, and AI Agent architectures.
• Architect resilient, high-performance, and secure deployment solutions meeting enterprise standards.
• Build custom extensions and integrations to close product gaps and meet specific partner requirements.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams and senior technical stakeholders to align on architectures.
• Debug and resolve critical issues in mission-critical production environments under pressure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering.
• Proven track record of leading deep technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong technical depth in backend engineering, IaC, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility production settings.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in the USA (E-Verify employer)

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (vector databases, prompt orchestration).
