What you will do
- Deliver multiple business change initiatives in parallel, meeting timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Own end-to-end delivery of small-scale projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate larger cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams and senior stakeholders.
- Lead business analysis to define scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Document requirements, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and resolve issues.
- Build relationships and support change adoption across business functions.
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in business change management or project management
- Proven track record delivering small to medium business change projects, managing multiple initiatives.
- Strong project delivery skills (planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting) with tools like Gantt charts, RAID logs.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum in business change context.
- Solid business analysis: requirements gathering, scope definition, process mapping.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PM tools; understanding of change principles (e.g., ADKAR).

- Experience in IT services or service-led environments.
- Exposure to systems integration, IT transition, or service transformation.
