What you will do

• Deliver multiple business change initiatives in parallel, meeting timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of small-scale projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate larger cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams and senior stakeholders.
• Lead business analysis to define scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Document requirements, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and resolve issues.
• Build relationships and support change adoption across business functions.

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience in business change management or project management
• Proven track record delivering small to medium business change projects, managing multiple initiatives.
• Strong project delivery skills (planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting) with tools like Gantt charts, RAID logs.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum in business change context.
• Solid business analysis: requirements gathering, scope definition, process mapping.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PM tools; understanding of change principles (e.g., ADKAR).

• Experience in IT services or service-led environments.
• Exposure to systems integration, IT transition, or service transformation.
