What you will do

• Manage AI projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee clear communication and accountability.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation, balancing project needs with team capacity.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and contribute to process improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Draft and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project strategies, risk assessments, and status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, or delivery roles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello).
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with strong escalation and risk management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects in enterprise, public sector, or internal corporate settings.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, or digital transformation projects.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster).
• Experience in sectors like banking, telecom, or energy.
