What you will do

• Perform remote installation of hardware including VeriFones, receipt scanners, webcams, barcode scanners, and other peripherals.
• Configure Membership & Operations software and ensure proper system integration.
• Support setup and configuration of ACS (Access Control Software), including backend adjustments.
• Document work clearly in internal systems and keep project records up to date.
• Collaborate with team members through daily stand-ups and weekly planning.
• Provide updates on project progress, risks, and client needs; troubleshoot and escalate issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT, or client-facing project roles.
• Familiarity with hardware installation and software configuration in remote environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter able to follow processes and proactively identify improvements.
