Location: Fully remote within Brazil

What you will do

  • Lead the definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive continuous product discovery using user research, experimentation, and data-driven insights.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiency and business value.
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to transform complex challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on impact, effort, and company strategy.
  • Define and monitor success metrics including KPIs and OKRs to track experimentation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within agile environments.
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy initiatives with autonomy and strong business impact.
  • Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with AI applications, including generative AI tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies, particularly in regulated environments or the public sector.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AIPMM, or Pragmatic Institute.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Experience with platform-oriented teams, APIs, or distributed architectures.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
