What you will do

• Support digital marketing strategists in the development and execution of custom marketing strategies for real clients.
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Analyze performance metrics and assist with weekly and monthly reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Employ AI technologies and utilize the Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with various departments agency-wide and attend regular cross-channel training sessions.
• Develop project management and communication skills through hands-on experience with internal systems.

Requirements
