What you will do

• Support digital marketing strategists with client work and contribute to marketing strategy development and execution.
• Assist with paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Navigate advertising platforms and collaborate with teams across the agency.
• Analyze paid advertising performance metrics in Excel and support weekly and monthly reporting.
• Build project management and communication skills through hands-on client work and the project management system.
• Use AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize departmental business processes.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Eagerness to learn and interest in digital marketing.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks independently while asking questions when needed.
• Studies in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, PR, influencer marketing, design, social communication, audiovisual production, or a related field.
