What you will do

• Perform data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions following corporate protocols.
• Manage provider and physician communications, including handling inbound and outbound calls and voicemails.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and Incident Coordinators to resolve open system issues.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted safely and in compliance with state and federal laws.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of prior Pharmacy Technician or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Professional phone presence and strong communication skills for a service capacity.
• High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex software systems.
• Competence in basic pharmacy calculations.
