What you will do

• Perform case reviews for Product Complaints and Adverse Events to determine necessary actions.
• Coordinate product retrievals and conduct outbound follow-up calls to collect additional information.
• Generate and review reconciliation reports for client programs.
• Manage Product Integrity inboxes and update existing case files.
• Create and send correspondence in response to product complaints.
• Provide administrative support to the Medical Information group.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (verbal and written, including proofreading).
• Pharmacy Technician, Veterinary Technician, Life Science degree, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, industry standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medical/Drug Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Quality Assurance.
