What you will do

• Deliver Temporal DevDays, on-site technical enablement programs tailored to enterprise use cases and architecture.
• Create and lead hands-on labs, architectural walkthroughs, and technical workshops for senior engineering teams.
• Produce high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and architectural guides.
• Host enterprise office hours and webinars on complex workflow patterns and AI-powered backends.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to identify product gaps and improve developer experience.
• Speak at industry conferences and engage with enterprise engineering communities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops for senior engineering audiences.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise engineering organizations at scale.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time (domestic and international).
• Prior experience in DevRel, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Temporal Cloud, LLM orchestration, or Nexus.
• Existing relationships in enterprise engineering or platform ecosystems.
• Proven track record of speaking at major technical conferences.
