TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts in the LATAM region to drive product adoption and maximize customer lifetime value with an accent on relationship building and strategic account growth. Focus on identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX (In the office 4 days per week: Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Friday). Must be based in the US.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a book of business within a portfolio of existing LATAM accounts.
- Act as the single point of contact to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Qualify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize profit.
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Use Salesforce to document activities, forecast opportunities, and manage lead information.
- Stay updated on market conditions and competitive activities to maintain a strategic edge.
Requirements
- Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
- Extensive IT knowledge and strong consultative skills.
- Experience as an Account Manager owning a portfolio of accounts and guiding the customer journey.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle escalations calmly.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship; must have permanent US work authorization.
