What you will do

  • Develop and execute full-funnel content campaigns to move buyer personas from awareness through consideration to deal acceleration.
  • Create original, authoritative content including flagship research reports, case studies, and policy perspectives on regulatory trends.
  • Build and optimize content for tiered ABM campaigns targeting enterprise private equity firms.
  • Develop sales enablement and customer marketing materials to drive pipeline and promote cross-adoption of hirify.global's ERP products.
  • Test new content formats and approaches to differentiate hirify.global Law's market positioning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience developing content strategies in B2B technology, financial services, legal tech, or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of legal technology and private capital dynamics, specifically concerning GCs, CCOs, and PE/VC concerns.
  • Proven track record as a full-funnel content strategist and executor.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered content tools to scale production and personalize buyer personas.
  • Experience building market credibility through original research and thought leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
