What you will do

• Create engaging content across multiple formats including email campaigns, in-product messaging, blogs, and video scripts.
• Act as a content consultant, providing guidance on copy and tone of voice across various channels.
• Develop and execute the content calendar aligned with global initiatives and customer campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and optimize future content activities.
• Partner with Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing teams to develop case studies and testimonials.
• Manage external contributors to support content production.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Leeds, UK.
• Previous experience in a B2B marketing content role.
• Proven expertise in creating both short and long-form written and spoken content.
• Ability to use data to validate content ideas and measure business impact.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and CMS.
• Strong time management and editorial skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• UX copywriting experience.
• Experience writing for AI overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
