What you will do

• Layout and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, and signage.
• Create tailored print and digital collateral to bring client property stories to life.
• Design visually compelling market reports, infographics, and statistical charts from research-based data.
• Collaborate with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production.
• Translate core commercial real estate concepts and creative strategies into effective design directions.
• Stay current with design and marketing trends to enhance brand awareness and position professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience specifically in commercial real estate.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to creating high-quality work products.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dreamweaver and/or HTML.
• Motion graphics and video production and editing experience.
• Knowledge of website development platforms.
