Salary: $175,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Lead design projects from problem framing through execution and delivery across the Core product area.
• Translate complex AI-driven systems into scalable interaction patterns and intuitive user workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Communicate and advocate for design decisions to align stakeholders on product direction.
• Maintain a high bar for visual polish and interaction design quality.
• Provide actionable feedback through critiques and mentor other designers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design for simplifying complex systems.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect design work to user and business impact.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful product outcomes.
• Must be prepared to relocate to and work out of the Boston, MA office.
• Valid US work authorization (E-verify participant).
