What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategy across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Own the editorial calendar, managing announcements, milestones, and brand storytelling.
• Draft and publish technically accurate content for defense, policy, and investor audiences.
• Collaborate with creative and engineering teams to produce visual assets and short-form videos.
• Manage executive social presence and produce daily media briefs for leadership.
• Coordinate with legal and security to ensure OPSEC and export-control compliance.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in social media, strategic communications, or public affairs.
• Proven track record of managing organizational or executive social channels (LinkedIn, X).
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical subjects into engaging messaging.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to travel up to 50% for events, tests, and launches.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or government relations (Capitol Hill).
• Familiarity with OPSEC, export control, and classification boundaries.
• Experience with crisis communications and rapid-response management.
• Relationships with defense and aerospace media communities.
