What you will do
- Build and maintain a high-conversion sales pipeline through proactive engagement with qualified leads.
- Lead on-water demonstrations for prospects, expertly articulating the value proposition of electric vessels.
- Manage the full transaction process, including drafting purchase agreements and coordinating financing.
- Perform targeted outbound calls to cold and unresponsive leads to expand pipeline reach.
- Identify and execute partnerships and special events to feed the top of the sales funnel.
- Maintain precise data hygiene and reporting within the CRM to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (luxury automotive, marine, aviation, or premium real estate).
- Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Confident boat handling skills to safely showcase vessel capabilities during demos.
- Ability to manage complex contracts and handle objections with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel approximately 50%.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling luxury consumer goods, marine, automotive, or EV products direct to consumer.
- Familiarity with lead-scoring models and sales/delivery automation workflows.
- Passion for water sports such as wake surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, or fishing.
- Deep existing network within the local luxury or boating community.
