hirify.global is building 100% electric boats from the ground up, applying aerospace and EV engineering to revolutionize the boating experience.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a high-conversion sales pipeline through proactive engagement with qualified leads.
  • Lead on-water demonstrations for prospects, expertly articulating the value proposition of electric vessels.
  • Manage the full transaction process, including drafting purchase agreements and coordinating financing.
  • Perform targeted outbound calls to cold and unresponsive leads to expand pipeline reach.
  • Identify and execute partnerships and special events to feed the top of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain precise data hygiene and reporting within the CRM to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (luxury automotive, marine, aviation, or premium real estate).
  • Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales goals.
  • Confident boat handling skills to safely showcase vessel capabilities during demos.
  • Ability to manage complex contracts and handle objections with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel approximately 50%.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling luxury consumer goods, marine, automotive, or EV products direct to consumer.
  • Familiarity with lead-scoring models and sales/delivery automation workflows.
  • Passion for water sports such as wake surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, or fishing.
  • Deep existing network within the local luxury or boating community.
