What you will do

• Verify memory, AI/HPC, or Die-2-Die subsystems for AI/ML, network processing, and compute SOCs.
• Architect functional verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM, including reference models and monitors.
• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure full functional correctness.
• Create detailed verification test plans, write random tests, and perform coverage analysis.
• Debug failures and collaborate with designers to resolve hardware issues.
• Advance SoC verification methodologies and environment development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (10+ years) or Master's/PhD (8+ years) in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in design engineering with a focus on verification.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PCIe, NOC, DDR, HBM, Processor cores, or AI/HPC accelerators.
• Strong proficiency in developing complex random verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience with Python or Perl scripting and EDA verification tools.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. laws (EAR).
