What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer export shipments.
• Process orders and ensure all data is in compliance with US Customs requirements.
• Arrange cargo availability, pickup, delivery, and finalize billing.
• Review daily monitoring reports and proactively report non-conformances.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading for Ocean Exports.
• Coordinate outbound movement of international freight and establish rates with third-party carriers.

Requirements

• Experience in ocean export logistics and trafficking functions.
• Ability to process documents in accordance with US Custom requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing export declarations and Bills of Lading.
• Ability to coordinate the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
