What you will do

• Build, train, and lead the Robot Operator team to ensure high-quality deployment.
• Manage 24/7 robot operations, overseeing shift scheduling and weekend coverage.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot operational and robot performance issues.
• Ensure precise documentation and escalation of failures through Jira.
• Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop onboarding and training programs for new operators.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading frontline or technical operations teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting hardware, robotics, or mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage shift-based operations and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working hands-on with humanoid hardware and standing for extended periods.
• Available for immediate travel as operational needs arise.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA.
