What you will do

• Develop full-stack features for the customer-facing Console and Playground experiences.
• Build internal tools and services to improve workflows and productivity across the company.
• Design and maintain APIs and backend services powering end-user and internal product experiences.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create accessible, performant, and responsive interfaces.
• Translate product requirements into well-scoped, incrementally releasable technical work across the stack.
• Drive high engineering standards through code reviews and technical design discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping full-stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end web technologies and frameworks.
• Solid backend experience in Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs that support customer-facing products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elm or a strong interest in learning it.
• Knowledge of database schema design and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments.
• Experience building developer-facing products or API-centric interfaces.
• Experience with voice, audio, real-time systems, or AI products.
