What you will do

• Design and deploy user behavior models to influence ad ranking, bidding, and conversion outcomes.
• Own model quality from deployment onward, including calibration and drift detection.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and oversee engineering execution.
• Bridge the gap between ML complexity and business reality through clear communication with non-technical partners.

Requirements

• Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale ML systems in ads, search, or recommendation domains.
• Deep familiarity with CVR/CTR prediction, auction theory, user modeling, or sequential recommendation.
• Production experience in Python and at least one systems language (Go, Scala, or C++).
• Must be based in the USA; relocation support and work visa sponsorship are not available.
• Professional proficiency in English for regular communication with global partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time bidding systems, auction dynamics, or marketplace optimization.
• Publications or patents in relevant AI/ML areas.
