What you will do

• Build, adapt, and evaluate ML models for life sciences applications.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of ML scientists, biologists, software engineers, and product managers.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree (with 6+ years of applied research experience).
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or related programming languages.
• Strong experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Must be based in the USA (Boston or Seattle).

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
