What you will do

• Architect and evolve the product deployment chain and CI/CD pipelines designed for scale and simplicity.
• Champion modern engineering practices, implementing SLO frameworks and promoting trunk-based development.
• Provide observability primitives for monitoring, logging, and tracing to help teams trust their production systems.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to embed security and compliance by design.
• Mentor colleagues and evangelize platform capabilities across the broader engineering organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling developer platforms and high-availability distributed systems in production.
• Product-minded approach to internal tooling, focusing on developer outcomes and reducing cognitive load.
• Deep operational instinct for spotting failure modes and balancing reliability with feature velocity via SLOs.
• Ability to make timely decisions and define problems within ambiguous environments.
• Experience building alignment between product developers, security experts, and infrastructure engineers.
• CV must be submitted in English.
