Onsite in Stockholm or ready to relocate — 5 days a week in office.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core systems for AI product including gVisor-based runtime and high-throughput sandbox scheduler across clouds.
• Structure codebase and integrate/build application frameworks for growing engineering org.
• Own observability stack from instrumentation to presentation.
• Harden infrastructure against failures and ensure it supports growth.
• Plan network infrastructure and cloud strategy.
• Integrate AI-driven development tools across teams and drive reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering at senior levels.
• Deep experience in production infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer experience (observability, CI/CD, frameworks).
• Strong proficiency in systems languages like Go, Rust, C++ for high-throughput services.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, modern infra; understanding of schedulers, runtimes, isolation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, trade-offs, and organizational impact.
• English as company language.
