What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners across program portfolio
• Build and own senior client relationships
• Advise on program design, effectiveness measurement, and quality assurance
• Plan and allocate resources including people, budgets, and vendors
• Set operational standards like SOPs, QA checklists, and reporting
• Grow the team through hiring and upskilling

Requirements

• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Experience delivering social behavioural change or stratcom programs end-to-end
• Experience managing and scaling teams
• Track record of building and owning senior client relationships
• Experience with program financial management (budgeting, forecasting, margins)
• Strong editorial and analytical judgment
• Education or experience in Social & Behavioural Sciences, Strategic Communications, or Digital Marketing
