Head of Programs (AI): Leading end-to-end programs spanning research, strategic communications, monitoring and evaluation, and project management with an accent on client relationships, resource allocation, and AI-enabled operational scaling. Focus on designing measurable program strategies, building sustainable SOPs and QA systems, managing budgets and vendors, and growing delivery capabilities.
Location: Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with flexible hybrid and remote work options.

What you will do
- Lead the Programs department across research, strategic communications, monitoring and evaluation, and project management.
- Design programs end-to-end, including strategy, narrative approach, and effectiveness measurement.
- Build and manage senior client relationships and expand the network of delivery partners.
- Plan and allocate people, budgets, and vendor resources across programs.
- Build sustainable operations through SOPs, QA checklists, reporting cadence, AI tools, and automation.
- Grow the team through hiring and upskilling when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience delivering social behavioural change or strategic communications programs end-to-end.
- Proven experience building and owning senior client relationships.
- Experience building, automating, and scaling operations across complex, multi-channel programs.
- Fluency with AI tools and workflows, including Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agents.
- Experience with program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin oversight.
- Strong editorial and analytical judgment, plus education or experience in social and behavioural sciences, strategic communications, or digital marketing.
