What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, and capital structures.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including forecasts, liquidity analyses, and valuation models.
• Support out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
• Perform financial due diligence and investigative analysis using imperfect or unorganized data.
• Assist with litigation support engagements, including expert analysis and report preparation.
• Mentor team members and manage multiple concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, restructuring, valuation, or litigation support.
• Prior exposure to distressed situations or complex disputes strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Local candidates (Orange County) preferred; remote arrangements available for self-sufficient candidates.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with Capital IQ (including the Excel plug-in).
