What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance provider growth strategies.
• Model the value of providers and create data pipelines to prioritize recruitment.
• Develop ML models and use data storytelling to drive business goals.
• Maintain code quality through Git, code reviews, and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Proactively share insights with collaborators and the data science team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing data products and deploying models to production.
• Fluency in Python and SQL, including end-to-end data stack experience.
• Strong knowledge of ML methods: model training, validation, backtesting, and statistical testing.
• Experience with model monitoring and iterative improvement in production.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Master's or doctoral degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital advertising industries.
• Knowledge of MLOps and software engineering principles.
• Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, HEX, Cursor, or Claude Code.
